The Dallas Child Support and Divorce Law
Morgan The Lawyer
Celebrating 5 Years Serving Families in the DFW Area
Why Choose Morgan S. Richardson Law?
At Morgan S. Richardson Law, PLLC, we bring a deep understanding and unique perspective to family law. Morgan S. Richardson has dedicated her career to this field, practicing primarily in family law for the past five years. With two years at the Child Support Divisions in the Texas Office of the Attorney General and three years running her own firm, she has amassed a wealth of knowledge that extends beyond the classroom and courtroom.
Morgan's expertise is enriched by her personal experiences as a mother and co-parent, giving her invaluable insights into the complexities of family law, child support, custody battles, and divorce issues. She is committed to uncovering the root of conflicts, helping parents and parties determine whether they can resolve their issues collaboratively or if judicial intervention is necessary.
Ms. Richardson’s approach, though sometimes unconventional, is effective. She excels in court, skillfully presenting her client's case and highlighting the flaws in the opposition's arguments. Her successful outcomes speak for themselves: she has secured the dismissal of $50,000 in arrears for one client, obtained permission for another client's child to attend school abroad, and achieved a rare 50-50 custody arrangement for a father.
Morgan consistently goes up against board-certified attorneys and comes out on top because she is driven by a profound understanding of the emotional and practical challenges her clients face. She fights tirelessly for her clients, ensuring they receive the justice and relief they deserve. Choose Morgan S. Richardson Law, PLLC, for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and empathetic advocate who truly understands and is prepared to support you through the most challenging times.
IT’S ALL IN THE DETAILS
Retainers & Fees
At our firm, we prioritize our clients by not charging excessive retainers. Instead, we use security deposits ranging from $1750 to $2500. These deposits are applied to any outstanding balances and any remaining funds are returned to you.
We bill twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th, with a seven-day payment window for outstanding balances. If you're experiencing financial difficulties, we are committed to working with you to find the best solution, unlike other firms that may withdraw from your case after a few days of non-payment. We understand that life happens, and we care about your needs and circumstances.
We accept insurance plans from Texas Legal and ARAG.
Client Focused
At our firm, we put our clients first by leveraging technology to reduce fees and streamline the legal process. Our client portal allows you to:
Upload and view documents
Prepare for hearings with detailed instructions on evidence gathering and trial preparation
Access and complete intake forms immediately after signing up
As soon as you pay the initial deposit and sign the fee agreement, you can get started right away. We work as quickly as you provide us with the necessary information, all of which is accessible from day one. There's no need to wait on us, and the forms are ready for you to fill out.
We draft and review documents with your approval, ensuring you remain in control. We strive to make your experience as smooth and efficient as possible. We understand that family law matters involve significant personal and emotional issues, including finances, children, and long-term relationships. Our goal is to ease the onboarding and legal process while keeping you informed every step of the way.
We recognize that many issues arise from clients not being fully aware of what's happening. Here, we ensure you feel educated, knowledgeable, and prepared for the next steps in your case.
